CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance! Regardless of confirmation status, after 24 hours: Cancellations are 100% of the service price, Reschedules are 50% of the service price, and No-Shows will be charged 100%. I hate charging cancellations and I completely understand that life happens or plans change, and I try to be lenient when I can! (Sometimes it even helps me out!!) Please communicate with me as soon as possible if something comes up! I just ask to please respect my time and business <3 LATE POLICY: 5 min grace period for services 30 min or less 10 min grace period for services over 30 min You will be charged for a Cancellation if you do not contact me BEFORE your appointment time. You will not be charged if we do have to cancel for running late, unless it becomes a recurring problem. I understand traffic or life can get in the way, please just communicate with me the moment you know you’re running late to make sure I still have time to see you! I will always fit you in if I have time, but I do have to stick to certain times for my services! Though I try to plan enough time to not have to rush before my next client, even 5-10 minutes on a busy day could set a major delay in my entire day, which would unfair to clients after you, or even cause a missed break in order to catch-up :( Love you guys and know so many of you would never cancel or be late on purpose !!!
